Our branches are designed to meet federal, state and local standards for accessibility. The accessibility features are:

- Wheelchair accessible public restrooms in branches that have public restrooms available
- Audible and visual fire alarms
Members who require any additional assistance at our branches, may ask any branch employee to assist them. Service animals are welcome in our facilities
Members who are visually impaired have access to Braille instructions, a headset port with verbal instructions and speech mode controls. For members with hearing impairments, all instructions can be read on screen. Buttons are also clearly marked for transaction convenience.
Account Information Phone Service
All members have access to the ReddiTeller 24, which is an automated account information service. Through the ReddiTeller 24, members can check account transactions, make loan payments and transfer money within the account.
Mobile & Online
Oklahoma Federal Credit Union’s online and mobile channels offer readily available access to our products and services. OKFCU continues to improve site accessibility for all browsers, to include: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari. Accessibility features include:
- Keyboard-accessible links and navigation
- Text hierarchy to distinguish headlines from content and notation text
- Descriptive links
- Alternative image descriptions
